Rick Bass, ecological activist and author of many widely-admired novels and collections of essays, will be reading from his work. Bass, who is originally from Fort Worth, has been a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award and has won both the Pushcart and O. Henry prizes. February 8th, 6 pm.

CLARK COOLIDGE
Poet Clark Coolidge will read from his work, which has been appearing publicly since the early 1960s. Strong as it may sound, in books like Polaroid, Own Face, and Ing, Coolidge established new ground for American poetry and poetics. It's decidedly particular work which most people consider difficult.
